You will quickly and efficiently learn to identify the positive and negative features of the home to be staged and
how to efficiently deal with both. You will see how to deal with excess clutter, the importance of proper
furniture arrangement, how to use lighting and accessories and many more important
techniques. Our training will guide you to setting up your business with
minimal overhead and provide you with information on marketing your services to both real estate agents and directly to home-owners.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will become a Home Staging Expert (HSE), a certification that will
help you to market your skills and allows you to be listed on www.homestagingexpert.com

2-Day Workshop
Day One has you participating in staging an actual owner-occupied home. Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants and
you will have the benefit of both Carole and Mary Helen guiding you through the process of successfully staging a home for market.
You will receive guidance on how to successfully deal with home-owners to create a win-win result.
Day Two is dedicated to the Business of Home Staging. You will learn how to set up your business, deal with vacant homes, market
your services, make valuable referral contacts and much more. Each participant will receive a detailed binder covering all aspects of the course.
Cost for the 2-Day Workshop is $899.00 CDN per person.
4-Day Workshop
This is an intense 4-day training course that covers both Home Staging and Interior Re-design. The Workshop is limited to 6
participants to ensure maximum opportunity for hands-on experience and access to instructors. You will stage both an owner-occupied
home and a vacant home for market. You will learn the important difference between staging and interior re-design and will then
have hands-on experience re-designing an actual home. The final day of the Workshop will cover the business aspects of setting up
your business, including successful marketing techniques.
Cost for the 4-Day Workshop is $1,799.00 CDN per person.
